- Statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work (link or proof)
- Full URL of the allegedly infringing content on Disk.Top
- Statement of good faith belief the use is unauthorized
- Statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate
- Physical or electronic signature

We review compliant notices within 24-72 hours and take action (content removal, account suspension).
Counter-notice
If your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same email containing identifying info + good-faith statement + consent to US federal district court jurisdiction + signature. We restore content within 10-14 business days unless complainant files suit.
